Parent Pay

We use Parent Pay as a method for families to pay for services and facilities, lunches, trips and our Earlies and Lates before an after school clubs.  it is a very effective and easy to navigate system.

Parents – New to Parent Pay

Go to www.parentpay.com and Click Activate New Account

You’ll receive a username and password from School to use as an initial Login

Click Login then enter the Username and Password provided by school to login

Once logged in, fill out the details including a VALID email address which will be used as your username and create your own password.

Once all the details are filled out tick the box at the bottom agreeing to the terms and conditions and click Activate Now

Now add your mobile phone number to keep your account secure and to receive text updates about balances etc.

You can also choose to add a recovery email address in case you forget your password to help recover your account.

Once you’ve done that you must now verify your parent pay account through your personal email address you use to activate the account.

Find the latest “parent pay” email and click the link in the email.

Log off and log back in and now your account is set up.

To pay for school lunches Click Pay for …. Meals

Enter how much you want to pay e.g. £11 (For a weeks’ worth of lunches) – This will then add them to a basket. Click View Basket and Pay.

Click Pay Now and it will take you to another screen to enter your credit/debit card details
